EOSSAT is developing technical solutions for obtaining Earth remote sensing data.
The project team is working to:
- develop and manufacture of optical payload for the spacecraft
- create a satellite constellation, using R&D
- create its own ground complex
- create special software
- develop components for the spacecraft platform
The project is developing several optoelectronic systems for remote sensing of the Earth, as well as creating special software that solves the issues of planning the operation of the ground-based complex, the spacecraft and its payload, c-investments__collecting and analyzing applications for Earth sensing, and calculating possible shooting sessions and communication sessions with a ground complex.
For the ground segment, the development and construction of its own earth station for controlling and receiving telemetric and special information from spacecraft is underway.
Project objective is to ensure the creation of a geographic information system for sensing the Earth’s space.
